Thank you for shopping with Sultan Homoeopathic Store! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here is our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or past its expiration date.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been:

  • Opened or used.

  • Purchased during a sale or as a promotional item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

  • Returned more than 7 days after the delivery date.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at business@sultanhomoeopathicstore.com

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your Order Number.

  • The Name of the Item(s) you wish to return.

  • A clear explanation of the reason for the return (e.g., “damaged,” “incorrect item”).

  • Photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item and its packaging.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Customer Error: If a return is accepted for a non-defective product (at our sole discretion), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Processing Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the item(s) only, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above.
